what's better than seeing the sign outside your development change from "homes starting at the 140's" to "homes starting at the 160's" in three months? last night when i drove in, "homes starting in the low 200's".

six months in my new house and i made 60k in equity (on paper).

if this wasn't such an amazing neighborhood full of great people, i wouldn't care. but it is a nice bonus. which could evaporate at any time.
