NSA fact sheet pulled after being challenged by Sen. Mark Udall

NSA's two-page fact sheet about the 702 program, which gives the agency permission to collect foreigners' phone and e-mail records, had been circulated to members of Congress and posted on its website.

Udall and Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon sent Alexander a letter Monday, obtained by The Denver Post, accusing the agency of "significant" errors in the fact sheet that portrayed Americans' privacy rights as stronger than they actually are.

The NSA took down the fact sheets from its website Tuesday.

Udall and Wyden were not able to describe what about the program's description was inaccurate, saying that would divulge classified information

Please - try not to embarrass yourselves (and your country) by trying to portray yourselves as helpful nanny state protectors any further.

Your a bunch of black ops fucking spy's. Not much you can do to sugar coat it.

intelligence organization trying to cover their tracks. And we are supposed to look at a cover up document and swallow it hook line and sinker?

How stupid do they think the sheeple have become?

All I can think is that it a diversion.

... passed away many years ago. "Fact sheet". Wonder who came up with that "bright" idea? There's not enough info there to even make an article. There's no news. Chief snoop supposedly met with a couple Senators and they discussed a "fact sheet," which they can't tell us about. Duh...
