Don't let the door hit you on the way out. Hope you get your ass kicked by the lefties on "Crossfire."

(17,077 posts)but with Luke Russert filling in for Krystal, I don't think I'll be tuning in regularly.

(22,271 posts)could you fill me in? I had ONE occasion to see Sippy Cupp and thought she was dreadful. Is she off MSNBC now?
senseandsensibility
(17,077 posts)Word is that she has been scouted by CNN for a revival of Crossfire. She just said good-bye on the Cycle, so I guess it really is true.

(36,974 posts)... but last night she didn't say anything about leaving MSNBC.
I'm glad she's gone !!!

(22,271 posts)into completely irrelevancy. Her and Erin "Seriously???"" (insert bobblehead) Burnett will compliment each other nicely. As what I'm not sure but, in the end, I won't have to see it. This whole being without a TV service has been paying off nicely.

(16,993 posts)MSNBC will be much better without her.
Who's next? How about Joe Scarborough? He doesn't "fit" at MSNBC either.

(17,077 posts)Krystal is a partisan Dem and liberal, and Lukey is a "straight news" reporter (although he seems republican to me). If anything, he should take Cupp's place.

(10,362 posts)That's the only positive thing you can say about her. She'll fit right in to Crossfire.

(17,077 posts)John Sununu and Bob Novak are certainly hunks of something.

(10,362 posts)I should have specified her combative personality.
But you make an excellent point. She'll lessen the pain on the eyes from the fat Republican geezers.

Newt Gingrich looked like on old dinosaur on the screen with Cupp, Van Jones, and
I'm surprised they couldn't find someone a bit younger than Gingrich - he seemed really out of place.
Correction: Not Powers, it's Cutter.
senseandsensibility
(17,077 posts)I didn't see this yesterday, but I may even watch if Van Jones is going to be a panelist. Can you imagine him up against Cupp?
