I felt bad for that girl. Zimmy's attorney seems like a major a-hole to me, although he's probably just doing his job.

do not hire that guy. My impression is that he kinda sucks. Maybe Zim should have hired some kid from a law school trial advocacy clinic. He'd have been much better off with a public defender, who at least would know criminal procedure.

granted I think their case sucks but you would think with all the money he raised he could have hired anybody.
