AB InBev: billions in profit, cuts for local workers, scab-brewed beer for Newfoundlanders and Labra

Take action here: http://www.labourstartcampaigns.net/show_campaign.cgi?c=1867

Labatt workers in Newfoundland have been on the picket line since April 10. They took strike action after management demanded numerous concessions in bargaining.

The final straw for members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees (NAPE/NUPGE) was being ordered to train replacement workers who would take their jobs while on strike.

Labatt's beer in Newfoundland and Labrador is now being being brewed by scabs.

Anheuser-Busch InBev is the world’s largest brewer with an annual revenue of approximately $40 billion. In 2012, it banked $9.4 billion in profit (post tax). Tell Labatt and AB InBev it can afford to negotiate a fair agreement.

Widmer Brothers, Kona Brewing and Red Hook are now in the INBEV portfolio ...

I absolutely and utterly refuse to contribute to that $40,000,000,000 ...
