What happened to us? Seems since 9/11 we've lost our brains, our balls, and our heart. I'm starting to think I need to get out of this madhouse and go someplace where the people haven't allowed themselves to be reduced to craven fools. Somewhere they're not willing surrender their hard-won rights for protection from phantoms and fictions, and still have the moral fiber to refuse to be party to atrocities committed in their name. That's not us anymore. Sorry, but we're kinda shit now.

1. Norway, that is a sane society. Remember the speech by their PM after the horrific terror attack

on them? As a much smaller country the numbers killed represented a large part of their society. But he said clearly that they would not be altering anything in their laws or system of justice because of that horrific act.

They are a very strong, free and courageous nation. Maybe soon Americans will be seeking political asylum in other nations like Norway. I realize they probably have a quota as every nation does, but I were going anywhere, it would be somewhere where the population isn't so scared to death that they are willing to throw away all their rights.
