#53: African-American staff persons at Uncle Bubba's restaurant are required to use one restroom that is in the back of the restaurant and is not the customer restroom. White staff was allowed to use the customer restroom.

Lots of ugly stuff, but for some reason, that one got me. Paula Dean should have fired her brother and done the right thing by the people who were making her money. She didn't, and it will cost her everything.

The big companies are right to be dumping her -- YIKES for the things she allowed!!! Sharing porn at business meetings? Leaving it up on office computers? Letting the "n-word" be considered acceptable language?

Seriously. If half of this was true, and probably all of it is, it was a very bad choice not to settle.

That aside, the allegations are horrific and all the employees may have potential lawsuits.

I am disappointed to hear that the two Deen boys didn't know better and do better. It is alleged that Jaime Deen's friend, an employee, acted very in appropriately.

14. I just read the entire lawsuit. It is quite obvious that Paula Deen and her Brothers are scumbags!

Paula Deen and her brothers run a business full of racism, sexism and violent aggression toward their employees.
She has a damn nerve going on national TV pretending to be an innocent victim, she and her brothers are disgusting people who have no right treating their employees the way they do. I hope to see more media attention to this issue so people can uncover how these issues remain hidden and covered up!
