I'm glad I know

and it doesn't much matter to me if the messenger is a sinner or a saint, or if it the message was delivered "properly". I've been given the empowering gift of knowledge, something without which I couldn't make informed decisions as a citizen of a democracy. Some here don't seem to appreciate this gift. It's as if the cold light of dawn burned their eyes and they only want to punish the one responsible for waking them from their dream. Me, I'm glad I know,

how about you?

I don't feel any better knowing now. In fact, I feel much worse. The guilt of any comfortable man is to wish for the comfort to continue indefinitely. I cannot say that I am different from such a man. So this revelation does not feel like liberation. It feels like a terrible burden.

Now I am not alone in this knowledge. However I know more, but suspect that I will again have to wait for another leak before people believe me, that is if we are lucky enough to get any warning.
