So a key provision of the healthcare law was delayed until 2015...

The requirement that businesses insure their employees has been delayed an entire year. Does this mean that other provisions will also be delayed?

If the preexisting conditions part is also delayed, I am fucked.

What this does mean is that if a business doesn't offer health insurance, and employees have to get subsidized policies on an exchange, then the companies won't have to pay a $2000 fine till 2015.
