Why in the hell is McDermott laughing so much during the Ed interview?

There is nothing funny about Obama's pulling back on part of the Obamacare plan at the last minute and not even telling the Dems in the Congress about it.

Ed has the right serious attitude but Congressman McDermott keeps laughing his head off. Is he touched?
This is serious business.

..of being blindsided by the administration.

It is extremely troubling how this is all going down....makes one wonder many things.
