I need help from Trayvon Martin experts...was GZ arrested that night? Or later?

Here is a post I need to check out/refute/support before I respond, I want to make sure I am straight. I am not following this trial v closely, and know some of you are

Sorry, I live right here in Florida. I don't know what you are refering to about strings being pulled. He was cuffed and taken to jail just like anyone else. He was charged with the crime, just like anyone else. He spent time in jail, just like anyone else. Then wore an ankle braclet, just like anyone else, till his trial, which is going on now.

They wouldn't let him work until he'd seen a doctor, the first person of several to call his injuries "insignificant."

when this was not a trial...before any outrage or public outcry resonated with the nation, GZ's 911 calls, all of them, were released. At that point, it was public info and since he hadn't been charged with any crime, it was public record. You could see when he called, and how he referenced who he was calling about. And his *reasons*. You could also reference his arrest record, and how many times strings were pulled for him, and charges were "disappeared". I don't mean 'dismissed' either. I mean 'disappeared'. Before ANY of this happened (and I am pretty sure that was why the state's attorney "just happened" to call at one in the morning) GZ was a wannabe cop who's Daddy always got him off each and every time he got arrested. Truly. (Oh, and they're Democrats too...lol just so you know). That almost happened here, except there was public outcry. This was not a 'suspect' as GZ's call showed when he was told not to pursue. This was an unarmed kid. He could have been an unarmed punk kid. He could have been an unarmed racist kid. The bottom line is this: This was an unarmed kid being followed, and BASIC police procedures were HALTED by a state's attorney, prompting the detective to file a report on that matter. Jesus, Richie, you were a cop. Imagine you answer a call to a scene where there is a weapon, a shooter, and a dead person. Are YOU going to tell ME that you aren't arresting the shooter? That you aren't going to test ballistics and sobriety regardless? A guy with a history of violence (including assaulting a police officer?) and arrests, and KNOWN for outlandish 911 calls? He calls about TM and calls him 'the suspect'. He was advised not to pursue. He did anyway. Because he had a 'suspect'. And he had a gun. They can suppose anything they want...NOTHING changes what was done, and what wasn't done regarding THIS boy's killing. Because GZ was 'unconsidered' a suspect, evidence was not gathered. Was he sober? YOU don't know. Were he treated as ANYFREAKINGONE ELSE, we'd know the answer to that question. Same thing on drugs, so spare me your sanctimony. This is about misconduct, and justice denied, not about splitting hairs in a trial, where the evidence that wasn't collected cannot be submitted because children with connections walk. Casey Anthony's father was in law enforcement too, btw
