When will free Pre-Natal Care be included whit all the anti-abortion rulings?

Seriously, when you talk to someone who is against all abortion, why don't they talk about free pre-natal and post natal care - don't they care about the Fetus, or is it just about poltics?

They don't give a shit if the kid is born healthy. Once it's born it's served its purpose.
