Delaying Implementation of Employer Mandate not Preventing Republican Criticism

Some seemed to think President Obama's decision to delay the implementation of the employer mandate would prevent the Republicans from attacking the Affordable Care Act (ACA) during the 2014 midterm elections. However, that has turned out to be wrong. Republicans are already attacking the decision to delay implementation of the employer mandate. In addition, even though there is no guarantee the strategy will help the Republican Party maintain control of the House of Representatives, it seems they will continue to attack ACA throughout the 2014 midterm elections.

Obama did it. Of course they would attack it.

Personally I think it was an unfortunate decision, but not for the reason the republicans would.
