I got the list from this online-newspaper: (they misplaced the pirate-party)

Btw, among the parties who weren't certified to take part in the elections are "Die Partei" (with the motto "Overcoming contents in politics.&quot , founded by a satire-magazine, and a party which demands a return to monarchy.
