Christlich Demokratische Union Deutschlands (CDU) - center-right
Freie Demokratische Partei (FDP) - capitalist liberals
Die Linke (DIE LINKE) - socialists
Bündnis 90/Die Grünen (GRÜNE) - center-left, liberal, environmentalists
Christlich-Soziale Union in Bayern (CSU) - center-right, conservatives
qualified by having seats in state-parliaments:
Deutsche Volksunion (DVU) - neonazis
Nationaldemokratische Partei Deutschlands (NPD) - neonazis
PIRATEN Piratenpartei Deutschland - liberals, progressive, no identifiable party-line apart from that
cleared by an electoral commision:

Btw, among the parties who weren't certified to take part in the elections are "Die Partei" (with the motto "Overcoming contents in politics." , founded by a satire-magazine, and a party which demands a return to monarchy.
