Something about the prosecutor not disclosing information from the medical examiner. It seems that the examiner did not give those notes to the prosecutor so the prosecutor could not disclose them.

Much ado about nothing.

The judge had to keep telling him to answer the question and to let the attorney finish the question before answering.

He was terrible.

and they tried to get his entire testimony thrown out over it, by claiming that the prosecution didn't follow discovery properly. The judge tossed that out.
