I had it for a long time and never had a problem with it. I kept all my art and photos and important stuff there naturally.

My mum blew a fuse, my F drive failed and I have been scanning the internet for advice. I tried the freezer last night proving my utter desperation. No luck. This morning to further torture myself, I plugged in again. OMG. I see the F drive and my files. BUT no luck opening! It says device I/O error. So am trying to correct that problem. Maybe??? Maybe I will retrieve my files without a FOIA?

Perhaps the only person ever who even momentarily considered asking NSA to help me recover my files. heh heh...

OK, my darn software is telling me to reboot. Think good thoughts.

either with a USB adapter or inside the case. Even money says the interface died and not the drive. That's been my experience.

I'm not cheap but I am highly motivated at the right price. I *will* be confidential.
