When did the GOP stop hating communists?
When they realized how much money could be made by going into business with the 1%'ers in China. If you ever wanted an "in your face" example of how the 1%'ers in America have played the rest of the country as rubes and hayseeds look no further than the amazing disappearance of the "Red Scare" meme of the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's. The MIC and the powers that be vacuumed up trillions of dollars from the american people to guard us all against being attacked by the Godless commie hordes in China and Russia over the last 50 years. After the demise of the Soviet Union, the MIC desperately needed another boogieman as an excuse to keep the money flowing. Their deep thinkers came up with a brilliant plan to make the new enemy a stateless amorphous thing - Al Queda. Al Queda will never die and it will never be defeated which is exactly what they wanted and needed.
The disconnect of the american people is stunning. We HATE Cuban communists, but we cannot send our manufacturing jobs to China fast enough.
It is enough to make you want to get drunk and forget!
