at some recent point in time before shooting.
I guess they want to argue that smoking pot makes people aggressive and violent.

If he did use it? THC from using Cannabis also takes Weeks to Months to metabolize out of your system....He may have used it Weeks before the incident.
I agree with the Judges Denial to admit....

(10,952 posts)who could testify that pot makes people less aggresive not more. If the information is going to be entered into evidence, then the Prosecution should make it work for them?

I could never handle pot. It made me paranoid and very anxious...actually to the point of having panic attacks while on it.
It doesn't affect everyone the same way.

Some years back I posted on a discussion board for people suffering from various anxiety disorders...plus panic and agoraphobia.
It was amazing how many of those people had similar issues with pot. They could never figure it out until they saw others posting the same thing.
PS...and I just know that someone is going to come along and say, well maybe Trayvon didn't have anxiety disorder, so it wouldn't apply to him. That's possible. But he wasn't even 19 yet. I didn't develop severe panic disorder until the age of 20. Nobody will ever know how pot...if it was in his system...likely affected him.
