The GOP believes it will be able to suppress democracy at every level down to the local town. Anywhere they have control they want to rule with an "iron fist". The country is so fragmented that we are at risk of being like the balkans. Bitter and divided our problems will fester and get worse.

Just received a robocall from one of our former racist bigoted state senators advertising a conservative teabagger rally in Colorado. Their only message is hate and division and pro fundamentalist hate non believers.

It seems like they want to pass all the regressive legislation they can and tell anyone not supporting them into "the enemy". I personally have never seen the country so fractious.
