I think he will be acquitted. Unfortunately I don't think the prosecution pointed out all the inconsistencies enough...but I'm writing this before closing remarks, so perhaps they're waiting for this "last word" opportunity to do so.

Jurors will have the option of considering something less than 2nd degree murder. Prosecution wants them to have options but defense is arguing against it. The judge will decide, IIRC.

So it's hard to complete the poll.

There's a hearing this morning to determine what charges the jury will consider.
