Somebody is poisoning dogs in San Francisco by leaving meatballs on the streets.

The meatballs, which investigators said contained rodent poison, had been deliberately placed in spots where dogs defecate in the area of Crestline, Burnett and Parkridge drives, according to police.

of people who owned dogs. Sadly this method seems common.

In our surveillance state perhaps there are cameras which have recorded this person in action so they can be stopped.

I can't comprehend the mindset of someone who could do this. But if I caught anyone doing this, they'd best hope the cops get there before I can jam that meatball down their throat.
