I had been seeing this coming since opening arguments. Defense had already convicted Trayvon Martin as being a "THUG". They went on the assumption, Martin was used to being followed, knew Zimmernan's intent, read his mind. Second nature for a THUG, I suppose. acted accordingly. Laid in wait to attack Zimmerman, as if Martin was mature beyond his years in criminal thinking. To coldly say, "you're gonna die tonight." No evidence whatsoever, let along evidence of what exactly was going on in Martin's mind...he is not here to testify. The Jury as well, has to have convicted Martin.

Martin had just turned 17. He was a minor. Are they going to argue, he wasn't legally a child? You mean to tell me, they overlooked this small detail? I find this a failure on the part of the defense, they were too arrogant. Mr West's behavior is just an exhibit of this arrogance. Zimmerman should request a refund.
