Smack Down from the judge in Zimmerman..

trial...

You disagree every time I make a ruling.

stop disagreeing/arguing with me/the court. I've told you what the conduct is for this court room..and you continually disagree, stop it. (basically what she said) to Zimmerman's whiny lawyer.

Can you imagine the hell this guy's poor wife must be living in? I can just imagine conversations over dinner must be all sweetness and light with this jerk off.

I couldn't imagine eating anywhere near him.

You have to wonder if he's trying to push the judge to maybe use it if** Zimmerman is convicted. Maybe he'll argue on appeal that the judge was biased. It seems so intentional.

**I hope!

If I were that judge, I'd have declared him in contempt LONG ago.

You are OVER-RULED, asshole.

Perhaps he does. This has to be West, right? He's such a whiny baby about everything. Imagine what it would be like to work for him

He just rudely, disrespecfully calls her "judge." If I were on the bench, I'd toss him out of the courtroom.

I think she doesn't hold him in contempt because she is going to give very thorough jury instruction that will give the jury clear path to convict him of one of those levels of charges.

Let's hope!!!

Defense lawyers made my skin crawl many times. Plus, it felt like it was TM who was on trial anyway.

BUT, if there's a clip of this "smack down" where is it??
Thanks

They whine incessantly, and it is clearly getting on Her Honor's last nerve. I hope the jury is annoyed as well, because it's a shabby tactic (and well done a smart one but this isn't being well done).

They have been out of the room for any of those discussions - there view is only what they see during the witness presentations. The view as a juror is quite different in a televised case.

It is a true shame that the same cannot be said about the prosecution.
