Being as I'm wending my way through a bachelor's degree at this point in time, I'm perfectly fine with that grade and assessment, but where did the letter come from and why would Rep. Takano get ahold of it to grade it?
Inquiring minds what to know which ignoramus got this grade to be able to correctly place the political "fail" on the tally board.

My grammar and diction stink but at least i feel represented by real Democrat finally. Our area got remapped that ended up putting us in this new district that he won and it's like night and day with the changes.
