RAPID CITY, SD - An official with the Oglala Sioux Tribe says that Oscar-nominated actor Johnny Depp is making an offer to purchase Wounded Knee and return it to the tribe. At around 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, OST President Bryan Brewer received a call from a representative for Depp notifying him of the offer.
In a press release Brewer said, "This is a great thing that is happening."
