PA Attorney General Kathleen Kane will not be defending same-sex marriage ban
in court, according to reports.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane will reportedly not defend the state’s ban on same-sex marriages in court, now that the ACLU has filed a legal challenge to the law.
The Philadelphia Daily News reports that Kane is expected to make the announcement on Thursday, and that “Multiple sources confirmed that Kane, who is named along with Gov. Corbett as a defendant in the suit, plans to make the announcement at the National Constitution Center.”
