1. These idiots keep running to the press. I think it's to try and impact public opinion.

It's so disgusting, but they have the Corporate Media right where they want them.

It sounds like they are preparing a Powerpoint presentation in anticipation of the press conference.

4. They had a press conference yesterday and now they're doing another one.

Getting in front of the story to draw attention away from the prosecution's statements. It's a strategy.

They can't stay away from the press, and yet, they complain to the judge that they have no time to prepare their case.

7. It serves them because they believe that they may be able to get the media commentators

and legal "experts" to ignore the prosecution's case and just talk about Zimmerman. The entire media has been pro-Zimmerman since Day 1.

Except they want to rack up billable hours.

Otherwise it's probably a waste of time, unless they really think what they say is going to somehow reach the sequestered jury. Then it's unethical.

Then again, maybe they're relying on that last spurt of donations to come in over the weekend before the manslaughter conviction comes in.
