Marissa Mayer has said the first step in her plan to turn around Yahoo is to make the company a more desirable place to work. So how well has that worked out?

The average employee satisfaction rating at Yahoo was 3.7 out of 5 in three of the four quarters that Mayer has been CEO, according to data provided to Mashable by Glassdoor, a job site that features reviews from anonymous employees for thousands of companies.
