Justin Bieber reached out to former president Bill Clinton on Wednesday, after a video of the teenage pop star surfaced online, showing him urinating in a restaurant mop bucket and later yelling "F-k Bill Clinton!" as he exited a New York City night club.

"Thanks for taking the time to talk Mr. President," Bieber tweeted Wednesday night. "Your words meant alot."

The "Beauty and a Beat" singer spoke to Clinton, 66, earlier in the day, according to an E! News source, and apologized for his actions.

Instead of giving the 19-year-old kid a stern talking to, Clinton was gracious about the situation - the insider said.

Every time I turn around, he's doing or saying something stupid/ignorant/dangerous. Sickening.

I remember when the little ignorant fucker wanted MN Senator Amy Klobuchar arrested and jailed for the "crime" of introducing a law he didn't like, the fucking little dictatorial authoritarian prick. Can't remember what the law was, but he obviously had no clue of how democratic government works, or is supposed to work. I would have thought he was from Russia, not Canada.

I saw a Facebook graphic the other day that was hilarious but also sad. It said: "1994 was a truly tragic year in music. Kurt Cobain died and Justin Bieber was born."
