Bill Maher got it Right this week. Slams GOP for disrespect of the President.

Sometime Bill Maher in my humble opinion like the comments about the SOPA/PIPA protest.

But this week he hit the nail on the head.

Never has a President of the U.S. has treated like Obama has and it is wrong. Not only have they disrespected the man but they have change the respect of the office of President of the United States for generations to come.

Yes, many of you know me as a Critic of Obama's policies and sometimes the way things are handled but I would not disrespect him like the conservatives have.

There can be NO other reason why civility has been thrown out in regards to President Obama. None! He's been neither radical or even particularly disrespectful of his opponents.

Going out on a CT limb here; the billionaires who are behind the CU decision and the rise of the SuperPACs are not very progressive, and the idea of an African American POTUS offends them. Thru friendly media such as Fox News and others, they have telegraphed subtle messages saying Obama is "not one of us." Birth and religion accusations against the Presdient are not-so-subtle ways of getting that message across.

I'd go even farther to say he's been not-at-all disrespectful, ever.
I have seen no instance of this. And he is not two-faced, as most
of his opponents seem to be.
