At Our Mercy (an injured juvenile raven has to turn to people for help) Awesome video.

We are cutting down their habitats, polluting and filling in their water supplies, dirtying the air with chemicals that hurt them and, basically, not taking care of our own.

Am I talking about people? Yes. But the animals that live on this planet are also at our mercy.

This video is just awesome. A woman found a raven in her yard that had porcupine quills in its neck. The bird would die if she couldn't help and the raven? Ravens are smart and stay away from most people but in this case, the raven knew it would have to turn for help to the very animal (us) that has such a terrible record of taking care of the furry, the finned and the feathered.

This little bit of raven on human interaction is beautiful to watch and should remind you: Every animal, every fish, and every bird is at our mercy.

Stop frakking their water. Stop dumping mercury and chemicals in the air. Stop cutting down every tree you see for toothpicks and wooden spatula handles. There is a better way.
