Congressman Randy Neugebauer of Lubbock, TX tried to attach an amendment to a bill that banned federal dollars paying for repairs to the plumbing in the White House.



Cause the Obamas can just use a porta potty on the lawn??

Neugebauer is the same nut who shouted "baby killer" at Stupack 2 years ago.

Congress is inhabited by too many insane lunatics. What the hell is wrong with repairing the plumbing in the WH?

2. You do realize that a Congressman is paid $174,000 a year...

Now, a lot of people around here might think that is a lot of money, but it's not that much more than our local cops get paid. In the grand scheme of things, professional, educated managers often see that as the low end of the scale.

So, anyone actually worth $174,000 a year can do a lot better than the aggravation of running for Congress, and what we get in Congress is hardly worth that kind of money anywhere else.
