The True Faces of Evil Global Terrorism - Coloring Book Terrorist Cards - A Graphic Coloring Novel
Truthful - Factual - Honorable - Indifferent to Political Correctness
The 911 Vol. II The True Faces of Evil - Terror, parental guidance is suggested. It is about Good vs. Evil. There is no fantasy in this book. Some people in America refuse to believe the terror that exists, sometimes literally next door. To a terrorist, this is a way of life and they do not consider themselves to be radicals, they consider themselves as soldiers. Current examples of modern evil are the Radical Islamic Muslim Tsarnaev brothers,Tamerlan and Dzhokhar one of which became a US Citizen on 9/11/2012.
Designed as a consumer friendly, family publication for use with children and adults, this excellent graphic coloring novel helps expand understanding of the factual details and meanings in the War on Terror. Included are detachable printed show case cards with "Faces of Global Terrorism" very similiar to the FBI's ads featuring photos of murderous terrorists and suspects. Printed just days before the Al Qaeda Benghazi Terror Groups went after and then murdered our US Ambassador Stevens and US Security Citizens in Libya. This novel that is accurate, timely and describes terror as it exists today. The Evil Terrorists defined. This is a book for adults and older children.
Inside this edition are several pages of perforated, removable card-stock terrorist trading cards. Inspired by real people, real life and reflecting the truth, Vol. II presents terrorism in direct open simplistic terms: what it is, what it looks like and what it means. In this book you will find names, dates, numbers and locations exposing the men, women and governments behind terror as we begin to hold them accountable. Details include a letter from within the Department of Homeland Security signed by five current Congressional Leaders a service organization page directed to the public and family friendly action notes, and The Congressional H.R. 847, the 9/11 Health & Compensation Act. Also in the book is a recap of the original 9/11 Coloring Novel published in August 2011.
Composed with a clear message the graphic coloring book novel calls out for open and honest discussion. We educate children about something besides the "TMZ Society" which bombards them with "important" news. Truthful and honest education about serious subjects for youth is an essential part of learning and considered a critical step in beginning to comprehend the world in which we live.

US Marine Harrier jets forced to drop unarmed bombs on heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef
TWO US Marine Corps jets have been forced to drop four unarmed bombs on the Great Barrier Reef.
The two AV-8B Harrier jets each dropped two 226kg bombs on the world heritage-listed reef in an emergency jettison during a training mission on Tuesday.
The incident came ahead of Exercise Talisman Saber, a biennial training operation between Australian and US forces based at Shoalwater Bay on the central Queensland coast.
The dropped bombs had not detonated and a US official has reportedly said the chance of any of them exploding is "extremely remote".
The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority told News Corp Australia they had not heard about the incident, but would look into it.
The extent of any environmental damage was not clear.

(35,568 posts)I'm not so sure about their government. This isn't going over well at all, nor should it.
Australia's refusal to grant asylum to those refugees isn't going over well either.
We strongly condemn appalling announcement by @KRuddMP that Australia will refuse to resettle #AsylumSeekers who arrive by boat.

(35,977 posts)Considering the massive size of the Reef and that they were running low on fuel, it sounds like they picked a deep channel where there was little to no chance of damage to the reef itself. It was a joint training exercise, and it sounds like the Americans are going to retrieve the bombs. I have a fair bit of criticism of management and protection of the Reef, but this isn't something I'm understanding outrage over...
To give an idea of the size of the Reef and the area that's World Heritage listed, here's some info:
Covering 344,400km2 Great Barrier Reef Marine Park is:
bigger than Victoria and Tasmania combined
bigger than the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Holland combined
roughly the same area as Japan, Germany, Malaysia or Italy
approximately half the size of Texas
slightly smaller than the entire Baltic Sea.

btw, I visited the Great Barrier Reef a few months ago for the first time in my life, and it's a beautiful part of the world. I'd been other places in the world that were amazing and never realised that something so awe-inspiring was in my own backyard

(1,044 posts)It's not a textbook. It's just something some idiots decided to market. They're allowed to.
They'll make a couple hundred bucks off it. Nothing to get in a lather about. By posting it here, you just gave it 10x as much attention as it would've otherwise gotten.

(11,641 posts)Never Forget 9/11 Vol. II Terrorist Trading Cards clearly identifies the evil that may sit next to you on an airplane, or it could be an avowed Atheist in the parking lot of your local grocer on a sunny morning. The world should look at them, make fun of them, name them - shame them, recognize who they are and rid the earth of them.

(6,385 posts)Being on amazon isn't like a bookstore where someone else had to invest in publishing and distributing the book.
You can pretty publish anything you can serve up as a PDF. Our daughter did a book as a school project and "sold" all of 5 copies...a test copy, grandparents, and someone at school for the library. They're print on demand and we get all the proceeds after amazon costs. Last I checked, our account had been credited with 15 or 20 cents. Ah...the life of a publishing magnate.
