Daycare owner tells parent "I hope you die and your kid."

This story was on Dateline last night. The owner also posted a picture of a 2 year old on Craigslist with a "warning" that he bites; her reasoning was that other daycare providers need to know.

Take the case of an Arizona 2-year-old named Ryan, who got caught in the crossfire in a very public battle between his mom and the owners of his former daycare center.

Perhaps the most startling volley in the battle was a post on Craigslist by Carmella Sul, a co- owner of the Tiny Tots daycare center in Chandler, Ariz. The post, which included a photo of Ryan, read: “Beware of this kid he bites.

His mom, Maggie Jones, was stunned.

“I was sick as any parent would be if they saw their child on the internet,” Jones told Dateline’s Chris Hansen.

As it turns out, Jones isn’t the first parent to have a run in with the Suls.

Michelle Thomas’s kids also got kicked out of Tiny Tots. Thomas says that the dismissal came without warning. The reason for the dismissal: Sul claimed that Thomas’s 19-month-old son put another child in a chokehold.

When Sul thought that Thomas had posted a complaint online, the daycare owner shot back: “I hope you die and your kid.”

Good lord. In what state would they allow a 22/2 ratio and give them a license? Something tells me they don't have one.

and could easily handle that many children with no issue. And no tv needed. I had an arsenal of activities planned for them plus plenty of outside freetime for running around and having a blast. It is not that hard. on edit, these women sound like they have no business being anywhere near children.

That's completely different from 22 toddlers running around the house. It sounds like you did a good job having activities planned, but I can't believe watching 22 kids "not that hard." Not trying to pick a fight, just my opinion.

Keeping them interested and entertained is fun and I did not find it hard at all.

7. I don't think any state would do that.

They were obviously in violation.

My sister knew of a woman that got busted by the state who ran a daycare out of her house. She was so greedy she had 16 kids one day....and she had a swimming pool. Can you imagine? I'll have to ask my sister the story again as I can't remember all the details, but I think she was trying to hide some kids when the state paid her a surprise visit due to a complaint.

She then changed careers.
