If it were a normal family I'd say Spencer for Lady Diana, but I don't think that's a royal name.

but 'Spencer' - an extremely uncommon first name - is what you think a 'normal' family would pick. It's extremely rare for a family to use the surname of an ancestor as a first name - as a second or third name, perhaps.

In 2011, we have, for England and Wales:
1 Harry (derivative of Henry)
5 Charlie (derivative of Charles)
10 William
12 George
28 Henry
60 Charles
