pull our hair out and bitch and moan. The results will be the same.

DHS secretary implements the President's wishes. Federal Reserve Chair, not so much, but I don't see a lot of difference in Fed policies based on who appointed the Chair. The Fed seems to be its own animal.

. . . but I'd prefer not to have that animal run by a man with such a spectacularly bad record of economic advice as Summers has.
