AS long as we have a pro GOP and pro theocracy media that is owned by the same PAC men who are funding these lunatics, they can say just about anything they want. We have thousands of hate and racist stations in the country putting out vomit for 24 hours a day.
We have TV hosts and pundits collaborating with these same theocrats and will not challenge a single thing they say. If they did they would get the "hook" in a millisecond.
This election has come to whose religious beliefs are better. It does absolutely nothing to help the country. It solves no problems. The contraception battle has now divided the country over religion. As I said in an earlier thread it looks like we are heading into a more sectarian religious war and not an election.
By denying women the right to control their own health care and reproductive issues are inseparable from their health issues, one might as well call for the appeal of "womens suffrage". Denying women their freedom to plan their families is really the same. All of these anti women laws are no different than forcing them to wear a burqa. The "plastic jesus" movement is determined to force them to wear a "political burqa" they cannot escape from. That intolerant sadistic policy is equal to establishing "sharia law". The "plastic jesus" movement is just another terrorist organization no different from Bin Laden.
The trouble is we have to over come a collaborative antiAmerican media that cares more about ratings than the truth.

Look at the pass they gave raygun in the 70s when even a little honest reporting would have left him heading to the worst actors of all time museum.

(45,274 posts)the economy is (surprisingly to me) not cooperating with this plan despite their best efforts to hamstring Obama's modest interventions.
All that leaves them with is the "social issues" plus fear & rage.
