Remember when BOA foreclosed on the wrong house and the owners foreclosed on BOA?

This might refresh your memory.

Bank of America accidentally foreclosed on a couple who did not even have a mortgage. The couple took the bank to court, with the help of a lawyer who had only held his title for 8 months, and won the case and damages. As Bank of America refused to repay the 3,000 dollars in restitution, the couple, with the additional help of two repo men and the Sheriff, foreclosed on the Bank of America branch.

This is what that woman who had everything stolen needs to do.

I saw the original local news footage of the foreclosure and I don't remember noticing a Victoria's Secret model clinging to the lawyer's arm, either.

This is what "based on a true story" means in Hollywood.
