I'm not. To me, a link is for providing the source of info or to steer the reader to additional info. I almost never click on links in posts that have only a title. If the poster has a point, I need them to say it, especially if they have a data eating video link.

You didn't think those yahoos and the guy at the Whitehouse actually govern this country, did you? They are the stars, and sometimes, though rarely, the sacrificial lambs.

so what is your explanation for The Great Society legislation passing? Doesn't sound like the work of shady corporate masters.

Or are you positing that this all took place in just this past 40 years?

That Cheney was running a second government and that there doesn't appear to be any difference now and considering it was Eisenhower who told us of the dangers of the military industrial complex, this is hardly tin foil hat area.

that is not what you're professing here. You're saying there is some hidden, unknown government behind the scenes calling the shot for Obama. But no proof.

DO you realize such disempowering thought and discussion is just meant to make you more passive and not want to get involved in politics at all?

but he embarrassed enough military bureaucrats that the rest of his youth will be spent in a Federal prison.

There seem to be two crimes they will throw everything they have at: stealing from the rich (Madoff) and embarrassing bureaucrats (Manning, Assange, Snowden).

They had to throw out the 'insider trading' charges, but the Repub Prosecutor wouldn't let it end so he found some archaic law, rarely used, to charge her with and she was convicted of 'lying to a Fed Agent.

That too was questionable, she spoke to the Feds, a big mistake that people learned of the ridiculous charges were made against her.

Never speak to the Feds and never speak to the Cops. They are not to be trusted.
