It seems to me that the elite are winning.

They have the working class pointing fingers at each other instead of those at the top. I remember hearing about how the UAW was to blame for the troubles at GM and Chrysler. People couldn't believe that workers who were putting in an honest days work were able to feed their families and maybe even put their kids through college. Right wingers (many of the lower middle class variety) were outraged!!

Now I'm reading about how 15 dollars an hour is an extravagant wage, a thought shared it seems by a few even in our own party. Less than 30,000 a year! How dare they!

We need to nip this in the bud. It used to be common knowledge in this country that a rising tide lifts all boats.

Another thing I would like to point out is that 15 dollars is the starting point for negotiations. If they started at 10/hr they would probably get negotiated down to 8 or 9. You don't start negotiations at the lowest amount you're willing to take.

But we're still winning the war, even if maybe a lot slower than we'd like. People are mad at the .1%, and they're starting to rise up one by one. This can't be stopped now. And let's hope the ultimate victory comes sooner, rather than later.
