The right-wing is scared shitless of Hillary Clinton.

Why else would they dredge up old discredited "scandals" that went nowhere?

Fox Turns To 20-Year-Old Debunked Conspiracy Theories To Smear Hillary Clinton

Fox News is using a planned Hillary Clinton miniseries and documentary to revive decades-old lies about the former Senator and secretary of state, reanimating phony 1990s "scandals" including Whitewater, Travelgate, and Filegate. Every so-called scandal Fox is pushing has been thoroughly discredited by numerous independent investigations.

... than Warren.

IF Warren were to be the choice for Americans versus Clinton, they would spend TONS of money making sure that Clinton would get elected instead of Warren, because comparatively they would LIKE Clinton to be president more than Warren, and you all KNOW IT!

They try to manufacture these "conflicts" between Clintons/Obamas and the right wing Republicans to try to minimize this chance that they are DEATHLY AFRAID OF!

If you poll people on many issues that Warren would work for such as student loans, health care reform, etc., without the CORPORATE media filters as well as the Washington bought for political machine filtering it, they KNOW that most Americans would vote for Warren!

... Warren or Clinton? You can't evade that question! And if you answer it honestly, which you DO NOT want to do if you favor the DLCers, you'd know that the right would fear far more a Warren as president than Clinton!

We can have a difference of opinion on what their chances are of winning, but that again, is NOT the question I am asking. I'm trying to pinpoint which politician they are more philosophically aligned against. And that is a question that too many Hillary fans here don't want to answer. And they know why, because it doesn't sell her as the candidate we want in 2016.

... and not have people think about the REAL choices we need to make.

They want to make her being a candidate a "sporting event", where they focus on it just being a big hated rivalry, instead of looking at what the real game that we are fighting is about.

"They" is both the Republican Party servants of the corporatist 1%ers as well as the Democratic Party servants of the corporatist 1%ers.

Last election they wanted to make the Democratic Party nomination a way for people to vote for either a person of color, or a woman, or a person they knew had a past that they could (and DID) shut down at any time during the primary process so that they could keep someone like a Kucinich away from being a realistic part of the nomination process. Had there been two white males instead of Obama and Hillary Clinton running on corporatist (or at least not very detailed platforms), and an Edwards type of candidate was exposed before the nomination process started, I would warrant that someone like Dennis Kucinich would have had a far bigger chance at winning the nomination then.

Many of us don't want to have the primary process manipulated again this time around, and those that want substance to win out, and not just win a "football game" should also want to keep us from falling in that trap again.

she can push the needle toward the left more than Obama has. She was just slightly to the left of Obama (on policy, but never in perception) during their primary race. I do think Hilary would be better at using the bully pulpit and I do think the Republicans would have more of a problem obstructing her.

I'd love to have a fire-breathing member of the progressive wing of the party as our candidate, but I'm not convinced we can get there without going through another left-center president. Again, I'd love to be proven wrong, but as it is, I'll gladly support Clinton if she's the nominee.

So no, little to fear the RW from this particular over the top firebrand. Wouldn't be surprised if nukes came into play if/when she is in the WH. Surely she'd want to outdo Thatcher's "Iron Lady" legacy.

Why do we keep wanting to call those that support corporatists "Democrats" and those that don't support corporatists "far left"? Answer? The corporatist drones here all want to have us labeled "far left" when most of the country is "far left"! It's just hard to know when most of the country only hear a corporatist media that also tells them the same thing.

the GOP is afraid of her. That's what HRC advocates claimed the last time and she ended up making a fool of herself in the primary, running a terrible campaign. She raised and blew $100 million by the end of 2007, and didn't bother to plan after Super Tuesday. The GOP has a warehouse full of material to use against her and are concocting a new batch of slime with Benghazi.

Bill Clinton is as always the wild card. HRC had her own people investigate him during the early part of her 2008 campaign finding he was in a "sustained romantic relationship." here: http://thehill.com/capital-living/in-the-know/75363-new-book-claims-bill-clintons-affair-plagued-hillarys-2008-campaign I don't know anybody that wants to go through that soap opera again.
