as so many other TRAP (Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers) laws have.

The standard under Roe is "undue burden" and that leaves a lot of room.

This is so egregious and seriously fucked up.

Of course, to pro-birthers, women don't have any rights once they are pregnant.

And what if they skip the class and get an abortion?
