what they are trying to deliver. Google DHL scam.
DHL is a legitimate company, but the scammer is just using their name.

If it is an email attempting to get you to click on a link or open a file, then ignore it.

If they left a delivery notice at your address, then give them a call.

DHL is a delivery company (owned by Deutsche Post) which is a leading international courier service.

However, if you are getting an email with an attached .zip file, and the message looks like this:

DHL Express Tracking Prealert : Tue, 21 Aug 2012 22:06:46 +0100

Custom Reference: 870325-VFTMROEBB464
Tracking Number: 15Q20-7775603799
Pickup Date: Tue, 21 Aug 2012 22:06:46 +0100

Then you have received a virus package in the .zip file.

If you opened the .zip file attached to that message, then you need to disinfect your computer.

in my e-mail for awhile, but mine said UPS and I was already aware of the scam. Now I get a bunch of scam e-mails from my old facebook account using my friends list.

Their machines are at work, all over the place.

Sometimes they try to put a different name on it.

this one is a medical something scam. Ifthat is what you have, don't accept it, but calling the shipper and asking who sent it, is worth the effort.
