Welcome to NJ now go homeA recent survey shows that Newark is the most unfriendly city in the world.
New Jerseys largest city was ranked at the top of the list in a survey of over 46,000 Conde Nast Traveler readers. The survey was part of the magazines annual Readers Choice Survey.
Many readers said the only reason to go to Newark is for the "cheaper/less busy airport" and that there are "a lot of rude people there.

(3,829 posts)I think people from Maine are the US's worst pricks, at least in my super scientific study I've made as I've traveled through the lower 48 states. They seem to be really happy about it.
California sure does have a lot of happy cities. I wish I still lived there.

that is according to the article. not saying that I endorse the results
