Some background on the lady in this video....She eventually got evicted. Some activities that helped her get the boot include: egging the building, vandalizing my car with glue/soda/sewing pins, pouring water on another neighbor and his motorcycle, accusing the neighbor of planting video cameras in her apartment and posting nude images on porn sites, not paying rent, accusing everyone of stealing jewelry and posting on ebay, calling the cops on neighbors for no reason...Why! Cuz she's CRAZY.

We were entertaining company when someone said "what's that noise?" We looked out the back windows to see our neighbor in our back yard beside the garage making animals sounds and yelling?? We went out the back door and again asked her to leave and told her the state police were on the way. We had thought she left but she only moved to the back before this she was on our front deck "acting the fool." I wonder what the university she works at really knows about her.

I doubt there is a neighbor on earth that's worse than mine. This video is for all of my friends who ask about her every time they see me. These neighbors harass my wife and I every time we set foot in the front yard, or try to drive in or out of the driveway... She writes letters to my work trying to get me fired (We're up to 6 now). They also have walkie talkies that they use to talk to eachother about the entire neighborhood. He's usually inside the house and she's outside.

A long story short(er) .. My neighbor is insane, to say the least. I had one previous incident with her earlier on in the day. This was the second.. I noticed her harassing people walking past so I decided to film, and if needed, go outside & intervene. She then started on one passing pedestrian in particular, so I did go outside to intervene. As I opened the back door to go outside, my small dog ran under my legs and past me to see what the drama was outside. So I then had to chase my dog to pick it up, while simultaneously filming the situation that was occurring. Wasn't easy. And THIS was the result...

I've never had neighbors that bad. Thank goodness. People need to be careful, though. Some insane neighbors might actually be insane enough to do more than this.

30. I used to have an insane neighbor (actually I've had several over the years, lol) whose final stunt

was to run around the apartment parking area trying to carjack people at knifepoint. Then he went back upstairs to his unit and when the police helicopter was circling overhead he pounded on his bedroom window so hard he broke it. They took him away in an ambulance for a 72 hr hold. He was promptly evicted.
