COLUMBUS, Ohio - A man faces burglary and sexual battery charges after allegedly breaking into a woman’s home.

Ricky A. Psimer allegedly broke into a woman’s home on Thursday through an unlocked window, court documents stated on Friday.

The man then allegedly performed a sex act on the female resident, who was sleeping next to her husband.

The woman woke up, and Psimer allegedly ran to his home a short distance away.

8. There is more to the whole story

And some things I won't reveal, but I get why her husband did not wake up (some people do take meds for things that make them sleepy).

Up until about 2 weeks ago they were living here and just got that place. The guy that broke in was talking to him that day and said he was looking for work so 'bill' (not real name) told him about the place he was working at, etc and so on.

He didn't have to go in that night and took his meds and went to bed. That guy didn't realize that and broke in.

Some of the comments on FB (10 tv had the story there) were just awful (I showed my brother, her dad, and he was none too happy....).

Like I said, a lot more details I won't give out, including her name (the link now has an interview with her but her face is not shown). I don't always get along with my niece, but this is not something she made up.
