So what's your point?

Did you assume the Democrats pulled their platform from the Internet? If so, why did you think that?

and got a dead end long before the PDF.

All that said, I do remember when it was more about position then political tripe, republicans should have no presence in the text.

I think i will stick with the platform from '72, direct and to the point.

But first let's stipulate that you are not a liberal, just a progressive looking to be offended. You apparently think Republicans actually should be featured in what we base our believes on, in other words you are hopeless and have little interest if any in the party as it is.

"The Republican Party has turned its back on the middle class Americans who built this country" etc, then through page 32 copious quotes from politic ans. Hello, if you had an interest in reading to the end, it has long since gone from a statement of position to an exercises in PR.

Today Democrats are holding Wall Street accountable, bringing new transparency to financial markets, and ending taxpayer-funded bank bailouts and the era of "too big to fail." President Obama put in place new rules of the road that refocus the financial sector on getting capital to entrepreneurs and small and mid-sized businesses who create jobs and financing to millions of families who want to buy a home or send their kids to college.

This is pre-2012 election nonsense.
