Thru a secure token system or other system that allows owners to safely sell their guns to pre approved legal purchasers.

I am a proud democrat and a proud gun owner.

I am against waiting limits
I am against limits on number purchased per month
I am against "may" issue permits as they are at their base not fair and subject to all kinds of good ole boy fuckery.



I am in support of violence prevention by doing the following:
Education reforms, personal responsibility, drug law reforms, job training and job opportunities, family planing. And programs that focus specifically on minority young male youths who overwhelmingly represent the majority of gun crime victims and offenders.

I don't have a big problem with AWB's if the weapon in question is an assault weapon(full automatic, etc).

Waiting limits are not unreasonable.

I don't think purchases of guns should be limited, but who really needs more then 3?

"May" issue permits sounds like more a of State established legality that should be dealt with at the that level.

6. Don't we already have a national AWB

On true Assault weapons and strictly regulate them. I have a class III license and own a full auto HK sear and I also have a full auto/burst ar lower that I have fun with (currently running 10 inch a .22lr upper)

And the paper work and wait for those was long. I licked out on getting them both before prices went crazy. The full auto is insured for 30k the HK for 15k but I will bump that up as cost for replacement keeps getting higher.

I have purchased more than 3 guns at once when I bought 2 v10 spring field XD guns as well as a XD Tatical 9mm and XD tactical 45. All used in great condition for about $900 cash.

On waiting periods what is the waiting for? The check is instant. I understand suicide risk but what % of gun owners kill them-self within 6 months of purchase I would guess less than .01%

I get flamed on here all the time people say I'm not black (been black my whole life and get reminded of it daily) or I'm a teabagger or worse just because I enjoy shooting guns and the sport and also support people's right town and carry a gun for protection.

People also often get mad when you bring up the fact that most people commuting the gun violence are already prohibited felons and the reason has alot to do with poor job/education/recreation/growth/social mobility in these areas. Even an urban jobs core paying 10per hour would reduce so much if this senseless violence.
