There no point in either Iraq war.
Anyone who declares themselves or is a neo-con should be immediately purged from the conservative movement as everything they have advocated for the last 15+ years has been wrong.
Bolton, Wolfowitz, Kristol, Cheney, etc should never be listened to again. Listening to them cost us trillions of dollars, thousands of lives, more expensive gas and has gotten us nowhere strategically.
Halliburton and Carlyle Group did quite well though

Every step should be evaluated when sending our Military resources and equipment.
This stuff should not have a monetary value to it. If it does not support our interests then we should not proceed. Hindsight is always 20/20. We should look at this every month and make choices.

Well he is very late to the party, we paleocons have been screaming "No No" to all the damn wars and "interventions" for well over 10 years now, if not longer. But Newt does deserve a tiny bit of credit in admitting he and all the other GD Neocons were wrong and we Paleocons were right.

There is not a single one of these inbred morons that didn't wholeheartedly support Bush's wars. They called anyone who opposed the wars 'traitors'. Notice how jpsb even claims they have been screaming 'no' to all the wars for 10 years.
It must be nice to be conservative. Any time facts get in the way, you just change the facts. Yes, sure, they opposed the wars all along. I'm surprised nobody has suggested that Obama started these wars yet, though one poster did suggest the wars were going just fine until Obama came into power.
