and I'm sure I saw it in LBN early this morning. But, I can't find the link.
Anyone have the link? or link to the LA Source?
Was it bogus report ..and that's why it disappeared from DU this am?

It sounded interesting. I know that there was a website that had someone claiming that their girlfriend's restaurant had a Camera...and he thought that it was just an "accident" with Hastings speeding. He gave time frame, camera shots and he was saying that his girlfriend's video cam didn't show that there was anything suspicious.
I think it's Russ Baker's Site..which is felt to be CT... So, I read it from a link somwhere but it sounded a little to "disinfo" for me. So, I didn't pay much mind waiting for the LAPD's report to see what they discovered from the Toxicology/Autopsy Report. It's been long enough, thought that LAPD should have released that.
My hope was that Hastings Parents are both Doctors and I believe his brother is also a MD...and I figured the Family would have crawled all over LAPD by this point and not left any stone unturned in finding out the circumstances of how their son died.
Anyway...there's still so much that hasn't been revealed. Why was here there driving at that time in the Morning around 4:00 a.m....and where had he been before the crash? Surely there's GPS on him from before the crash even if his car burned up along with his Cell Phone. Yet it's been awhile ...but, surely enough time that where he was before the crash should have been released by now.
Who knows...but, i'm going over to watch that video now that I have the DU link to the story that was there this a.m. in LBN.

I have to admit the RW "Legal Justice" being on it was a flag...
But, surely his death not having a toxicology/autopsy report released at this late time would lead even sane people to question...WHY?

And it was around 4AM...
Had he been drinking? Where was he staying (he's from Vermont so he had to have been on a story) and where had he been before he was going "high speed" through a residential neighborhood at 4:00..something that morning?
Why the e-mail before the crash saying he was working on a big story? Shouldn't we know more about this after almost eight weeks?
Yet, folks are saying this reporter is a RW Nut Case... Yet, where is the evidence from other reporters verifying what you are claiming that he was driving at 4:00 a.m. or so and just hit a tree and his car exploded in a FireBall after hitting a Palm Tree?
I'd expect more info about such a High Profile Reporters death in a city he didn't live in.
